One of the main benefits that Online Coaching provides, is a high level of support and guidance, throughout your entire journey with us. We are here to not only celebrate the "highs" with you, but to also council you through the obstacles and difficult situations that occur day to day too... that's what we call REAL LIFE! We are here to keep you accountable to your goals, every step of the way, ensuring you reach them as quickly as possible.
A personal trainer’s job is to make sure you exercise in a safe and effective manner. As online coaches, we are here to support you with the WHOLE journey, from exercises to nutrition, mindset and accountability and we are here for you with 24/7 support… not just twice a week for an hour.
? No problem at all! Your plans are made specifically for you and cater to your own dietary requirements and preferences. This question features on our initial form when you sign up, therefore you can let us know about any of these considerations right at the start, so we can hit the ground running together.
Most of our clients go through what we call a ‘check- in’ process once a week, on a specific day, but this is person and goal dependent – some have more ie. Those in competition prep. However, communication is PIVOTAL to your progress, therefore we actively encourage you to communicate with us as much as you feel necessary throughout the week, so that we may help you to navigate real life, whilst maintaining your progress towards your goals.
Definitely NOT!! Firstly, even the biggest and most well-known bodybuilders on the PLANET don’t workout everyday – it’s important to strike the right balance with rest, in order to recover and grow. Secondly, your training schedule is built around your own time commitments, so if you tell us you can only commit to 3 training sessions a week, that’s not a problem, we can work with that!
NOPE! There is definitely more variety in your nutrition plans than just ‘chicken and rice’ – which is what everybody thinks you need to eat in order to get lean and grow muscle! We provide you with a plan that has a varied selection of food sources, based around your own likes and dislikes, and we actively encourage you to GET CREATIVE! We want you to be able to come up with several different ways to make a meal with the same ingredients, in order to keep your interest high and stay motivated.
You may be surprised to hear; the answer is NO… Let me explain, our job is to help you to eat more mindfully and to make sure you are in control of your decisions around food. That doesn’t mean no treats ever, that means helping you to navigate meals out, date nights, birthdays etc. so you can have a little of what you fancy, but learning to stop once the enjoyment has been had. You may even be surprised to note that we often include dark chocolate in clients plans!
Anyone with a desire to succeed and a goal in mind! Of course, we do have athletes as part of the Iron Tribe – we have Rugby players, hockey players, Dressage riders and bodybuilders currently! But we also have people looking to drop a dress size, peri menopausal clients, males looking to gain size… If It’s important to you, then it’s important to us
? The first thing to note, is that everyone’s body is different and everyone’s lifestyle is different. So, everyone will get results at different speeds. BUT, most clients notice the benefits in their energy levels and their physiques right away from their first week with us! We manage your progress in a sustainable way, there is no crash diets over here. We want you to achieve your results in a HEALTHY way and in a way that means you can maintain the results, once you get there.
NOPE, not at all, everyone starts at ‘day one’ at some point. We can create a simple plan that’s easy for you to follow and complete with instructional videos and form guides. We can build up your confidence from there and soon you’ll be progressing on to some of the more advanced stuff, before you know it Alternatively you can also choose to opt for home workouts initially too. Whilst being in a gym is optimal for your results, you can still make some initial progress from the comfort of your own home.
Whilst we aren’t here to tell you how to spend your money - and we certainly aren’t financial advisors! – we would urge you to consider this as a long-term investment into your health. The value our clients get from this service far outweighs the financial outlay, not only will it improve your mental and physical health, but also your productivity, goal setting and strengthen your immune system- meaning less days off sick!
